AlertMe ® is our second flagship program that monitors property documents for changes and fraud. This type of fraud can go undetected and cause an array of issues, including the unlawful transfer of property ownership. OnBase is a single enterprise information platform for managing content, processes and cases. OnBase has transformed thousands of organizations worldwide by empowering them to become more agile, efficient and effective.
As a Hyland Partner, we specialize in OnBase for Government which drives solutions for the entire enterprise including finance and administrative functions, plan review, public works, human services, public safety and courts.
Engineering Department
- We imported and indexed over 100,000 historic drawings and project documents. We also set up a day forward scanning and index process for any paper drawings received as well as an import process for all electronic drawings.
- We also devised a folder structure to help organize all project documents. With our platform, you’ll save time when you need it most. It’s the fastest way to meet your customers’ needs.
Treasury Department
- We automated the paper submission of Pay-In reports to the Treasurer’s department. This project resulted in capturing city-wide departments’ Pay-In reports using the OnBase application.
- Additionally, we used the Application Enabler to enable the retrieval of these documents from the city’s current financial software.
City Council
- Customer Service was setup to use Workflow to eliminate paper and streamline their work when processing customer correspondence, such as water turn on and turn off requests.
- Accounting can utilize Advanced Capture for automated indexing of form letters that are regularly sent to utilities customers.
